Today is Kimberly's 12th birthday. My how time flies! I can't believe how much she has grown (don't tell Cynthia, but Kimberly is actually taller now!!!) This is a photo from a fountain dowtown. We went out for her birthday dinner yesterday at The Spaghetti Factory with our good friends Stephanie, Jon, Trenton and Austin. We ate so much that afterwards we decided to take a walk. While walking down to the river I couldn't resist snapping a few pictures. . .
Today Kimberly started a week-long basketball camp with the UofL women's team. She is really into basketball (still!) and she is actually pretty good for a short girl (No doubt she got some of the same genes as "Shorty" AKA Aunt Karman!) I'll have to let her tell you about it towards the end of the week sometime!
Grandma Lulu and Grandma Suzie sent her an awsome duffle bag, which will come in handy for her trip to Texas for a week of fun with Karman and Paul in a week or so. We were so impressed at the size and quality of the luggage that we decided to see if it would be suitable for shipping children! (Just Joking! Please don't alert the authorities!!!)
